SVD-MoH Vapor Degreaser ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of 2 stages process including, wash, rinse & slow pull out. it has been designed in response to the latest defluxing/degreasing needs.  

In this process, parts [PCB after assembly] are immersed in the green tank filled with solvent within the machine. Additional ultrasonic system and agitation process is encouraged for a better cleaning result.

After that, the basket remains above the green tank but below the cooling coils. This area is called the vapor area. The vapor degreaser boils the solvent. Solvent vapors rise but don’t escape because they’re trapped within the machine by a layer of refrigeration provided by the cooling coils.

The vapor then condenses on the surface of the parts dissolving the contaminants. As the solvent drips off the objects it removes the soils with it. This is a closed-loop process, so the solvent is cycled over and over again.

Then, the parts go through 2^nd time rinsing. The parts will be immersed in the yellow tank that is filled up with 100% solvent [recycle and clean solvent].

Drying the parts in the cold area is the last process of the SVD-MoH Vapor Degreaser ultrasonic cleaning machine
