SAQ-FA5 Super Flux Cleaning Machine consists of 5 stages process included wash, rinse & dry.

Dual Frequency Ultrasonic with Agitate Mechanism is used to wash off the flux residue and Air Bubbling with Agitate Mechanism is used to rinse off remaining chemical residues or particles and finally Hybrid Air blow concept to dry-off water from the lead-frame.
