MACHINE DESIGN OVERVIEW
The picture below shows SAQ-FA5 Super Flux Cleaning general features and design size as per our previous project.
This is the standard design of SAQ-FA5 Super Flux Cleaning and the process has already proven to increase the efficiency of cleaning lines for semiconductor companies.
Taking sustainability and the environment into consideration, we have incorporated a set of high-precision filtration installations to recover and recycle the chemical that had been contaminated with flux residues.
Flux residues are removed before they can find their way into the filtration system.
Chemical fume is prevented from escaping into the surroundings in the design exhaust port with a fully enclosed body frame and front-loading & unloading conveyor with auto shuttle door.
SAQ-FA5 Super Flux Cleaning machine design not only able to help increase the efficiency of cleaning line for semiconductor factory but also reduces manpower cost.
